Postdoctoral Research Associate

This postdoctoral research position is funded by the Laureate Fellowship FL130100039, New Stochastic Models for Science, Economics, Social Science and Engineering, awarded to Professor Peter Taylor in 2013.
The appointee will be expected to have a PhD in a field related to the program. The ability to develop mathematical models, prove theoretical results and devise computational procedures is essential. Specific expertise in applied probability will be highly-valued, but applicants who can bring skills in control engineering, computational mathematics or mathematical physics, and are willing to apply them to the analysis of stochastic models will also be welcomed.
