The effect of randomness on the location of the polymer adsorption transition
by Prof. Stu Whittington
Abstract: When a random copolymer adsorbs at a surface, is the adsorption
transition displaced from that of the homopolymer? If so, in which
direction? For the self-avoiding walk model there are some rigorous
results which give partial answers to these questions, but many open
problems remain to be addressed.
