Conformal field theory of spanning webs

Abstract: Spanning webs is a generalization of spanning trees to the cylinder geometry where noncontractible loops are allowed. Using the standard determinant technique, we calculate a partition function of such objects and identify the conformal field theory that agrees with the partition function.
