- Drovers can move sheep in a very organised and deterministic way. But sheep are dumb: they can't see past any other sheep and they all move at the same time (unless they bump heads with one another).
- The initial state alludes to the way the sheep move. Later, you'll come across another instructional message that you need to follow and then continue moving sheep in the original manner until you come to a very organised, and absolute, end state.
- Read the letters under the black sheep first, then the white. If you have applied the correct movements (as well as the intermediate instruction that is readable after 4 steps), the sheep should end up in a 4x4 penned cluster.
