Instructions
- Create a team with your own creatively inspired team name,
and a password that won't drive you insane.
- Teams may have anywhere between 1 and 10 members.
- You will need to submit an email address for each team member. This
allows us to have an official list of the people on your team. Please
separate names and emails by moving to a new line; do not use commas!
- To add more team members (up to the maximum of 10) or change your team
description, simply resubmit the form using the same team name and password,
listing only the members to be added.
- In order to be eligible for prizes, at least one member of your team must be
available to physically collect the prize at the presentation ceremony, and
that member (and preferably your whole team) must be using his or her real name.
