Oral and poster information

Registered participants can submit one abstract for a contributed talk or a poster. The deadline for abstract submission is 31 March 2010. Selection of oral contributions and acceptance of posters will be completed by 15 June 2010 (tentatively).

Oral contributions

Oral contributions will be allocated 15 minutes, including three minutes for question time.

Poster contributions

Posters will be displayed on a free standing vertical board for the duration of the conference. Each poster will be allocated a 2.4 metre wide x 1.2 metre high board and the poster must fit within this area. The boards are covered in material suitable for Velcro hooks; please provide your own Velcro (hook side) to mount your poster on the panel as pins or double sided tape do not work.

Poster sessions will be scheduled into the conference program and presenters will be required to attend their poster to answer questions from delegates.
